Learn Holy Quran Online To Acquaint Yourself With Teaching Of Allah Almighty

Being a Muslim pertains to two things basically. The first and foremost is the acceptance and acknowledgement of supremacy of Allah Almighty, accepting Him as the soul creator of the whole universe. The second one pertains to accepting Allah’s Apostle Muhammad (PBUH) as last of the Prophets ever to be descended upon humanity for the sole purpose of guidance.

Al-Kahf [18:27] And recite what has been revealed to you (O Muhammad SAW) of the Book (the Qur’ân) of your Lord (i.e. recite it, understand and follow its teachings and act on its orders and preach it to men). None can change His Words, and none will you find as a refuge other than Him.

We should be thankful to Allah Almighty that He not only blessed us with a gift as great as life itself, but also arranged the best ways of guidance for us, so that we may stay put on the righteous path to end up in the eternal paradise that He promises for good-doers.

All the guidance that one needs to stay on the righteous path comes to Muslims from two sources, Holy Quran and the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), i.e. Quran and Sunnah. In fact, the life of Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is the physical representation of all the teachings of Allah Almighty in the Quran.

Therefore, we should learn Quran through holy Quran online, so that we come to know what Allah Almighty has descended upon us as guidance, thus making our lives worth better.

Another important thing about learning Quran online is that you can do so very much according to your convenience, choosing a time and place most convenient to you, so that learning can become even more easy and interesting for you.

Importance Of Learning In Islam As Per Teachings Of Holy Quran

"Read, in the name of thy Lord who created, man from a clot. Read, for your Lord is most Generous, who teaches by means of the pen, teaches man what they know not," (al-'Alaq: 1-5)

These verses mark the commencement of revelation on last of the Prophets, Muhammad (PBUH) through the Angel Gabriel, in a place named “Cave of Hira” in Makkah more than fourteen hundred years ago. That was the beginning of a revolutionary religion now referred as Islam.

It is quite conceivable that a religion whose very base comprises of nothing else but a commandment of “Read” by Allah Almighty, the religion that Allah Almighty chooses to keep humanity on the path of guidance till The Day of Resurrection, how much focus it lays on reading and learning.

As far as Islam is concerned, this very learning should start from nothing other than holy Quran itself, because it is deemed as the finest source of guidance humanity can ever bestowed with. Look at this verse for reference:

Al-Baqara (2:231) …..He sent down to you the book and Wisdom, for your instruction. And fear Allah and know that Allah is well acquainted with all things.

Another historical fact is evident of Islam’s focus on learning and reading. The very first battle followers of Islam had to fight with non-believers (comprising of elite of the strongest tribe Quraish in Makkah) is referred as “The battle of Badar”.

With Allah Almighty’s graciousness and help, Muslims won this war and imprisoned their opponents. Since Islam is a religion of peace, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) ordered to treat them with mercy. Most of the prisoners were released for ransom money, and those who could not pay the ransom money were awarded the option of freedom for teaching 10 Muslims to read and write.

Promises Of Countless Rewards For Quran Recitation

This historical reference serves more than enough for showing how much importance of knowledge and learning is in Islam. May Allah Almighty graces us with the honor of equipping ourselves better with true knowledge of Quran.
